What it keeps
Runs
Time ran, draw number, entries, arena name and location, conditions, indoor or outdoor, event date, notes and total mileage — with saved arenas for one-tap quick add
Past & future
Back-fill runs and events from any earlier date whenever you get to it, and preload upcoming events with date, arena and location to keep them on your schedule — then add times and money after you run
Placings
Overall placing plus division finish — like 4th in 2D — saved with every run, out of the total entries
Money
Entry fee, added money, open winnings, and unlimited named side pots with their own fees and payouts
Earnings & ROI
Winnings by month and year, totalled per horse and per season — with entry fees, ROI in dollars, net and total miles on every event, and a yearly entry fees and ROI total on your dashboard — export a PDF for one horse or all
Expenses & PDF export
Log feed, vet, fuel, entry fees, shows and more by category for a horse or Farm/General, set monthly recurring costs with an end date, edit past or future months, view collapsible monthly charts and tables, upload receipts, and export your expenses as a PDF
Calendar
A month calendar of your events and reminders — get alerts when a Coggins, health certificate, vaccination or vet appointment is coming due, plus show and custom reminders
Events
Runs compiled per arena and date with the fastest time of the day and event mileage, a month calendar that highlights and filters your event dates — attach result sheets and videos, then edit or delete any run
Horses
Add as many horses as you haul, each with a photo, season earnings, best time, full run history, and uploads for Coggins, health certificates and vet records
