What information can I track for each run?
You can log the arena name and location, event date, time ran, placing with division (for example 4th in 2D), horse name, draw number, total number of riders, arena conditions, indoor or outdoor, entry fee, side pot name and fee, open winnings, side pot winnings, total added money, and the fastest time of the day.
Can I add more than one horse?
Yes. You can add as many horses as you haul. Each horse has its own profile, season earnings total, fastest time, and full run history.
How do I see my winnings for the year?
Open the Horses tab, select a horse, and view the season summary. You can also export a PDF report showing yearly earnings and fastest times for each horse.
Can I upload run videos and result sheets?
Yes. Each run entry lets you attach videos and result sheet images or PDFs. These are stored privately in your account.
How do expenses work?
The Expenses tab lets you log horse and farm expenses by category. You can set recurring charges, upload receipts, and export a PDF report. Monthly totals and category breakdowns are shown in the report section.
Can I add past runs or plan future events?
Yes. You can back-fill runs and events from any earlier date at any time, and you can preload upcoming events with the date, arena, and location so they sit on your schedule and calendar before you haul. Come back after the run and fill in the time, placing, fees, and winnings.
Can I edit or delete a run after saving it?
Yes. Every run in the Events ledger has Edit and Delete controls. Edit lets you change time, placing, fees, winnings, and other details. Delete removes the run and its attached media after confirmation.
Is my data backed up?
You should always keep your own backup of anything you upload, including result sheets, run videos, receipts, and horse photos. Online storage is never guaranteed permanent.
